Hey @fredel , really sorry to hear about the error in the singlepic. I wanted to make sure whether or not we do have a bug; I added that same shortcode you listed to a page on my site and confirmed that it is working. My teammates have confirmed it as well. We are unable to reproduce the same error unfortunately. I’d be curious to hear if anyone else is seeing this same thing? If so, please provide as much detail as possible.
@fredel – Would you mind, confirming for us that error persists after:
– disable all browser extensions/plugins/or add-ons
– Temporarily switching to WordPress default theme > clear browser cache & reload your site
– Deactivate all plugins (including NextGEN Gallery) > clear browser cache > re-activate NextGEN Gallery only & reload your site
Do any of those action steps help? I know this can be a big inconvenience, we’re very sorry – but since this is not happening for everyone, this does help tell us if there is a plugin/theme conflict. Or a browser related issue.
