    On line 1273 of your theme’s style.css file you have the following css:

    #leftnav ul.sidenav li.parent ul li.page_item, #leftnav ul.sidenav li.current_page_ancestor ul li li {
    display: none;
}

    This is hiding the 3rd level menu items
