    Thank you.

WIll it have anything to do with the fact that am accessing from Morocco and through hotel wifi ?

/access was not working for me either

I tried incognito on laptop and that seemed to work but mobile access shows the same problem ?

That may be part of it but not too sure on that. I am seeing your login screen on my end however.

As described in this article, in WordPress, there several ways for Rsetting Your Password . Find the one that’s right for you and use that.

When i try to initiate reset password I see this

Could not save password reset key to database.

and logging in via /access or /login takes me straight to /wp-admin where it says
    this feature is disabled?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or a different browser to see if that still happens. If you are using Chrome it loves to hang onto redirects and you may be stuck in a loop with that as well.
