Site Access/Don't Have Permissions

  • Hello: I can’t login at https://www.thegrailquest.com/wp-login.php.

    It says I don’t have enough permissions.

    There was a database error that Bluehost and I corrected. I can get into my main site at brucehanify.com, but don’t have permissions to get into grailquest.

    Per my request, the tech at Bluehost accessed the dashboard and turned off the plugins.

    I would really like to get this resolved soon. Bluehost seems to think it’s on the WP end.

    I have followed the instructions on the reset password page. Cleared Cookies and Cache till I’m out of breath.

  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
