    Hello

Every day, and only with Google Chrome, my WordPress admin interface and my site no longer work because of a JetPack element.

This happens after a certain period of use.

If I try to access my site, the page remains blank and loads endlessly.

If I am editing a page, it is impossible for me to save it and the following error message appears at the top of the screen “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response”

If I clear Google Chrome’s “hosted app data”, my website works again.

I just had the problem again, and looked at the console which says this:

Could you help me please ?

    Hi there @guillaumeeco,

Hosted app data refers to data from the apps added to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store. I wonder if one of your Chrome extensions is the culprit.

Do you have your browser extensions disabled (the default behavior) in Incognito mode? If so, could you check how your WordPress admin behaves in Chrome Incognito Window? Alternatively, try disabling all Chrome extensions to see if that resolves the issue.

    Thank you!

    Hello Paulina
Thanks for your answers. I will check my Chrome extensions when the problem appears again.

    Hi?@guillaumeeco,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

    Hi there, @guillaumeeco,

No problem, thanks for letting us know about that. We’ll circle back in another week or so if you haven’t followed up with us.

Keep us posted on your findings whenever you have a minute. Thanks!
