    Hi guys,

(there is another related thread about this but it is closed and not really very clear)

Building a MU network for the first time and wanted to know what exactly are the site’s attributes found at the main screen when editing sites:

    Public
    Archived
    Spam
    Deleted
    Mature

When creating a new site in sub-domain, by default none of the above is checked. Does a site need to be checked as “public” in order to be online or may I leave all those settings un-checked as they are?

    Thanks!

I would check it public, but the short answer is those attributes suck and need work.

Spam is marking sites as made by spammers. Mature does nothing. Archive and deleted are the same.

OK, I’ll check them public and will see what happens later with them
    Thanks!
