Site backup/recovery/etc from www.ads-software.com?

Hi,

I have my domain purchased on GoDaddy and my website built on www.ads-software.com. Normally, I would login to eversea.ca/wp-admin to design and monitor my site from there and did not do anything with GoDaddy whatsoever. Today, suddenly, I see the errors 502 bad gateway and too many redirects whenever I go to eversea.ca or eversea.ca/wp-admin so I contacted GoDaddy support. One said it is the problems from their end and would take 4hrs to fix but I waited 8 hrs and contacted them again. Different people told me different things and nothing worked. Another one refreshed the setting and removed the bad connections (as he said) and now everything is gone totally. He told me to contact WordPress as there might be the backup or data stored in here so we can reconnect it back. I am wondering if there is a chance that the website date is saved somewhere so we don’t lose everything. Now if I go to the site, I still see the minor site icon we set up so I have a small hope for that.
P.s: there is no other hosting service or anything in between, just the GoDaddy domain and www.ads-software.com platform.
