Site been down for days

  • My site has been down for a couple of days and need to know how to get it working again

    You have an IP address set for the domain, but not for WWW. You need to add a CNAME record to your domain to define WWW. You domain registration is through namecheap.com.

    Thank you I think I added it correctly. Do I have to wait for a certain period of time because it still doesn’t work for me

    I don’t think you added it correctly. Check with namecheap’s support.
