Site blocked, plugin removed. Please help

    (Not sure about the version, I already removed the plugin)

    I tried to configure en use the plugin for my website sotsji2014.net. Didn’t work for me, so tried to disable it and remove it.

    Removed everything, but the cookie warning still remains on the site. So, my website is blocked and I vannot do anything.

    Please advise what to do to remove the plugin.
