Site breaking issue

    After using this plugin to remove some unused media I had the following issues:
    – Site logo was removed
    – Deleted other used media, which caused the site to continuously try to load videos, which raised site CPU usage to 80% crashing all my sites.

    I was using the Hellium theme, and Gauntry 5.

  • Same happening to my site, using Avada and WP updated to the latest versions
    I solved temporarily this fatal error changing the name of the plugin folder in public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-optimize.

    Just know you will be disable the entirely plugin functions. Do this if you need to solve the issue urgently. If the problem persists after an upcoming update consider change it by another one.

    @julianperez @duncanz Do you have any lazy loading feature enabled either within a plugin or in theme settings, if so could you please disable the feature and then try remove the unused images and check if it only removes the unused images?
