Sorry to hear about the ongoing issue. Yes, the plugin does offer the option to clear cache via the “Cache Interval” feature under Hummingbird > Caching > Page Caching > Cache Interval. The option should allow you to set in hours or days.
However, would highly recommend finding out what’s causing the conflict rather asserting up cache interval sounds more like a workaround for your case.
Maybe you could temporarily pause Cloudflare for a while and see whether the sites break or not.

If it breaks even after pausing Cloudflare, then most probably the Asset Optimization settings might not be configured correctly. Are you using the “Automatic” mode or “Manual” mode in Asset Optimization settings?
