Site breaks with fresh wordpress install and just 2-3 plugins active

    Hey I loved your plugin features and I installed the plugin on a fresh wordpress install with 2-3 more plugins like w3 total cache.

    Issue:
    So in my admin panel I go to total upkeep dashboard then I go to backup’s tab and site goes down and then it comes back in 10-15 mins again I go to dashboard and then go to another tab again the site goes down and it keeps happening.

    I have amazon aws lightsail server with ubuntu plesk installed on the server and following details are configured on the server:

    PHP support (PHP version 7.3.19, run PHP as FPM application served by Apache)
    Fast CGI support.

    Let me know if you require any other details to fix the same.

    Hi Vicky,

    Thanks for using Total Upkeep! I’m really sorry to hear about the issues that you’re having, but I’m more than happy to help.

    Are you by chance getting any error messages? Having an error message will help tremendously in troubleshooting. For example, when you say the, “site goes down”, what exactly are you seeing? Also, WordPress has a feature where it will email you if it encounters a fatal error. Are you seeing any errors in your dashboard or in your email?
