Site broke

Hello, i just activate one snippet code and it broke my site. i need to ask my hosting provider to help me deactivate your plugin so that i can access the backend. i dont mind to lost the new snippet i entered however i have my custom css on the plugin. can you help me to recover the plugin asap?
