Site broken

  • I actived this plugin and website broken. Not showed error, and not more accessed wp-admin page.

    I just tried to remove the service in progress and the site went down. It was no longer possible to access wp-admin. Then the saga began to find the problem.

    I removed the file health-check-troubleshooting-mode.php, but not resolved.

    We managed to go back to the site commenting a woocommerce code.

    It took us a while to find out, after removing all plugins we managed to reach this code that is personalized. But in the end it was worth it.

    Hiya,

    You mentioned not getting any errors, did you check the servers error logs? If it completely broke (you got a white screen with no content for example), then the servers own error log might have more details, if you’d be able to check that, we may be able to identify what went wrong here and resolve it ??
