    Hi,

after updating the plugin to version 3.5.0 the site crashed.

I deactivated the plugin via FTP, I entered the administration dashboard and when I go to reactivate it I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class M_Attach_To_Post, because the name is already in use in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/module.attach_to_post.php on line 0

I also have the PRO version of NextGen Gallery, updated to the latest version available

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lapocerchiai,

NextGen Gallery 3.50 doesn’t come with such a file or reference, so it looks like a possible OPcache or filesystem cache related problem

We suggest you to check with the hosting support about flushing site’s OPcache, then delete NextGen Gallery plugin and install it new.

Please let us know if this helps

I’ve already cleared the cache on the server (and disabled it completely for a test).
I have also already reinstalled the plugin without success. The problem persists.
Do you have an older version that I can install as proof that the problem is caused by the latest version?

    I’m getting the same issue:

wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/module.attach_to_post.php. Error message:?Cannot declare class M_Attach_To_Post, because the name is already in use

Same jssue, my host ?deactivated the plugin this afternoon. (nov 30th) I left it deactivated. After the plugin updated to 3.53. But I didn’t reactivate it for fear of it happening again.

Updated to 3.53, but when I try to activate it runs a fatal error and don′t activate ??

Today Dec 1st 2023 Eastern Standard Time, arrived a version 3.54 that give no error when I write this note.

    Hi @lapocerchiai, @alan_rolfe, @lucasrizzi, @mariogroleau,

Could you please try to deactivate, delete, then install new the latest NextGen Gallery version to see if that’ll work fine for you?
