Site Broken , cannot access the inner pages of the site and wp-admin page

  • The site designs totally changed.
    i cannot access the inner pages and wp-admin.
    Home page alignments are missing
    i tried to change the htaccess file
    but it didn’t work

    do you have a working backup copy of the website (database and files) that could be used to restore the website?

    Export a copy of your database in PHPMYADMIN area of your webhosting account.

    WordPress Backups

    *can you access the WP-Content folder containing your plugins to try and deactivate all plugins (i.e. rename plugins folder to temporarily deactivate plugins).might help to get access to wp-admin for further troubleshooting.
    *can you access the WP-Content folder containing your themes to try and deactivate active theme and allow another installed theme like twenty twenty to activate (i.e. rename active theme folder to temporarily active theme).might help to get access to wp-admin for further troubleshooting.
