• Hello,

On my stats page under my website it has an error message and says site cannot be accessed. The website is working and i’m able to make posts, etc. The stats are definitely not working. It always says there is zero activity which I know is not true. When I click on the error message it gives me an option to Disconnect Site. What do I do?

    Thanks!

is this a site on wordpress.com? if so you need to seek help there rather than here…

    Hi,

I have the same problem. It started yesterday (Sep 25th). Mine is a self-hosted website. I used to see my stats in the dashboard when I logged in under mysite.com/wp-admin. Now the stats are gone.

I logged into my wordpress.com account (apparently my site is linked to that account through the Jetpack plugin). In the WP.com account I get the error message that my site cannot be accessed. It gives me the option to disconnect my site from the WP.com account. Is that something I should be doing? I haven’t made any changes to that site in months (other than adding blog posts). I’d just like to be able to see my stats again in the dashboard.

    Thank you.

Problem solved. I had to re-install the Jetpack plugin (but first I had to call my web hosting company and ask for their help in deleting the Jetpack files for the plugins folder! ?? )

    Site is back to normal.
