• I have installed WordPress using the Site Software in CPanel. The first installation was OK and site was acccesible but after installing SSL from Cloudflare the site became inaccessible. I have WHM and WHMCs installed and working fine with SSL from Cloudflare. WordPress just became unreachable. I re-installed (in a subdomain) like 4 times already and site is not accessible. I mean that site is not reached and I get either the default page of my ISP or a page that says that site cannot be reached. Considering that these installations are totally new, I guess there could be something either in the hosting server or in php or any other area. Don’t know if the fact that access to the site is passing through Cloudflare could be the problem for WP.
    Help appreciated

  • While configuring things to run https you probably set the domain in WordPress settings to HTTPS instead of HTTP…

The WordPress on your host talks to Cloudflare via HTTP unless you did the added steps at Cloudflare and are running the Cloudflare plugin or else have a cert for your origin host and have told Cloudflare to use that for communicating between Cloudflare and the origin server.

This article lists several ways to fix that back https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

Cloudflare also has extensive help available.
