    Hi there
    Litespeed report number -TKZQIQWC
    I have the litespeed plugin installed on several sites but this site has recently started experiencing odd behaviour I think after a recent upgrade.

    The client makes changes to the site such as adding new content or images and after updating the page some elements disappear from the pages.
    .
    For example they have a gallery module for designer dress collections. Any update sees these disappear from the relevant pages until the site is manually purged and the elements reappear.

    It used to work automatically and they are reporting frustration at the time. Do you have any suggestions please.

    Hi @staffsbizphotos, may I know the element plugins/themes’ name which usually has this issue?

    Hi Stanley. Thanks for the quick response.
    The site is using The7 theme with WPBakery Visual Composer plugins. The element in question is the Media Grid that displays galleries of images on the Designer Collections pages.

    Could you please backup and then downgrade to 2.9

    If so, please let us know if you’ve tried backing up and downgrading? Did that solve the problem? (We don’t mean to suggest you downgrade permanently – it’s just so we can see if the error is with a newer version of the plugin.)
