Site completely a mess in IE… HELP!!!

Hey all,

I’m having a major issue with my site — mrcomputerservices.com when being viewed in IE. It is fine in safari, firefox, chrome, but in IE the side bar is pushed to the bottom, facebook plugin doesn’t work image formating and menus are wacked out. Can anyone help?!?!
