Site completely changed, won’t restore

My website has completely changed – its title is now https://wrkhrybillsm.com/ and I can’t log in to change it – also can’t do the forgotten password thing. I tried uploading a full site backup to my server but it still won’t change. I don’t have any redirects in my site settings so not sure what’s going on.
