Site Compromised: Website Triggering ESET Rogue ADS – Not all media is loading

Good day,

Could someone please assist, our main website and sub website have been compromised.

We were able to restore both websites, but we are battling that both our website are triggering our anti virus program. This is because of the Rogue Ads redirects, we have tried everything but doens’t seem like we are finding the issue.

As well only on the main website our media library function showing white screen and some images not loading on the website.

Any suggestions will be appericiated.
