Site Compromised, What To Do Next?

Earlier today, I did a Google search for my site and found several spam results.

Apparently, my site had been compromised some time ago and was serving up a rogue script that redirected visitors to crack and key-gen sites.

I deleted the script and those spam results don’t seem to work anymore, but I’m still worried that there might be some compromised parts of the site.

WordPress and all the plugins are up to date. What else can I do to make sure that everything is all right with my site and there isn’t still rogue scripts hanging out on my server?
