Using the WordPress admin account I successfully logged into the WooCommerce store using the WooCommerce for android application. WordPress – Jetpack connection uses the admin account.

Our store requirements require that we have at least 5 people logging into the Woocommerce store at possibly the same time.

    Problem:
I’m not seeing the option to connect other accounts in Jetpack settings if I use settings under the following section: Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > About Connection

Can somebody please assist? I’m stuck

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there

Any number of people can connect accounts, but they will need to connect their own account on the site to their own WordPress.com account. If you create an account on your site for them, they can then go to Jetpack > Dashboard to connect to their WordPress.com account.

    Hope that helps!

    Thank you Dan,

Your response was really useful. I was trying to connect the other site accounts whilst logged in the admin account hence the failed attempts.

Now everything is set and done.

    Many Thanks
