  • Seems to be a simply issue of minifying in the wrong ordering. Hard to say if its the css minifying in the wrong order or the javascript. But it is def. one of them..seems its the js ordering.

    Best way to find out is to 1) turn off minify (and clear cache of course), 2) check ur site and verify it all looks normal again, 3) write down the order of the javascript files (use the developer tools network tab), 4) turn on minify and either use manual mode and recreate the same ordering OR set the ordering within your functions.php file then you can just leave w3tc in automatic mode.
