Site continuing to pull old site

Ok, I am in need of some serious help. I built a site on a domain hosted on Godaddy, when I went to move the site to a diffrent domain it got really screwed up on both domains. None of the wordpress features and formating are present on either site and I cant log in to either one to try to fix it.

Not really sure what is going on and after being on the phone with the host they told me they don’t know either.
