Site copy

Hi all. This is probably a topic that has been talked about a lot of times, but i can’t quite get what people say in the other posts i have read. https://www.agrohol.com is my site. I need to COPY it on https://www.agrola.bg . I need it absolutely the same. I know that i have to change my URLs. But can someone tell me exactly what i should do? I can’t even find my fcking copy database in Cpanel….
