Site Crash After latest Update for Elementor plugin(v3.0.9)

  • Hi, I am new to wordpress. I have recently updated the Edit with Elementor plugin to the latest version which resulted into crashing my site. It displays the following error message:

    Elementor\Repeater::add_control: Cannot add a control outside of a section (use start_controls_section).

    I tried to rollback to the older versions which results into the following issues:
    1. Rolling back to 2.5.19 >> Edit with elementor keeps loading. After enabling safe mode, few of my widgets disappers.
    2. Rolling back to v2.9.0 or earlier >> My site content is lost.

    I do have other plugin which on disabling resolves the site error, but my widgets are then lost: LaStudio Elements For Elementor

    I am badly stuck. Someone please help me!!

    I understand that this issue is caused while “LaStudio Elements For Elementor” plugin is activated.

    If you deactivate this specific plugin, do you still see this error?

    If so, please check if ‘LaStudio Elements For Elementor’ plugin has compatibility for Elementor 3.0.

    Check the 3rd party addon’s changelog for any notes that indicate they’ve made it compatible or speak with the addon’s support channel if uncertain.

    Thanks @davidr90 ! On deactivating “LaStudio Elements For Elementor” plugin the site is up and no issue is shown. But it does not show up my components!!!!

    I have the same issue, i disable the add-on and the sire returns but no components

    I have the same issue as @pallavimahale however I do not have the LaStudio Elements For Elementor plugin installed nor have I ever installed it on my site. Is there any other plugins that may cause the same issue for Elementor?

    I have the same issue as @pallavimahale however whenever I disable the LA-Studio Core the website will be scattered.

    What should I do?

    These guys are so quiet and not answering any question on this topic and it is bad for them.

    Hello everyone. I had the same issue, and only thing that got it working was updating theme to atleast Version: 1.0.8, after that when you got it updated it should ask of you to update required plugins, amongst them there will also be update for LaStudio Elements For Elementor.
    I updated them all and my site worked like before.
