Site Crash & How to restore without Admin Access

Hi,

Though, if it’s just a plugin you want to restore, then rebuilding the whole site would be overkill. Just unzip the plugins zip in the UpdraftPlus backup set on your PC, and upload the relevant plugin by FTP into wp-content/plugins, replacing the existing one.

I’m still worried because I’m wondering if I should remove the other two folders in my plugin directory. They’re the ones that crashed my site. The culprit was Google XML site map. See related thread below:

My fear is there may be other files affected my this installation;
