Site crashed after installing

  • Critical error blocking access to all pages – including admin pages – after installing the plugin.
    Fortunatelly I have ftp control, and I recovered the site access deleting plugin folder (wp-content/plugins/popup-maker)
    I wouldn’t like to give 2 stars, but it’s the way to write a review.
    I’m using WordPress 5.4 and “Shop Isle” Theme.

    Thanks for reporting this issue. At the moment, we have no other reported instance of any fatal errors for our plugin. Can you let us know what the error was?

    Do you know what version of PHP you have and what version of the “Shop Isle” theme you use?

    Hi Mr. Corso,
    Thank you for your reply.

    After activating the plugin, the only message I’ve received was
    “There is a critical error on your site. Check your email for instructions.”
    Unfortunately no message arrived in my email clarifying the error.

    I’m using PHP 7.3.2 and Shop Isle 2.2.5.2
    Hope this helps in some way.
