I updated to 2.0 and got blank screen and error 500. Somehow I logged in back and since then, website is so slow I cannot do anything. Images are loading very slow. I think that the new version is in the collision with some other plugin(s).

I reverted back to the previous version 1.9.5.6., hope you will update the plugin.

Hi there. Sorry you ran into issues. Can you find a PHP error from your error logs related to the 500 issue.

Are you locking down images with PMPro? PMPro doesn’t do that by default, but maybe you used one of our tutorial to do that. Let me know which one.

    Thanks.

I use plugin a3 Lazy Load. I will wait for more stable version and for now stick to v1.9.5.6.

Thanks for the feedback @ecsanyi, do you have any error logs available from the issue you experienced?

This will help us pinpoint where the issue is coming from.

Sure, here it is. Website is running on: PHP 7.0.32-0ubuntu0.16.04.1, MySQL 5.7.24 – Linux

I see errors in console I didn’t have earlier.

Thanks for this, this console error isn’t coming from Paid Memberships Pro it seems.

Did you have any PHP errors, this will require you to recreate the 500 error.

You may follow this guide https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-enable-debugging-on-you-your-wordpress-site/.

I didn’t have any errors in console before update. After update site crashed and it recovered and I logged in Dashboard again. But after that, all images on site were loaded 2-3 seconds after console generated above errors.

It’s unacceptable for me to have images extremely slow loading, so I reverted back to previous version of PMPRO.

By the way, I have the PLUS licence of PMPRO and I already posted the ticket to paidmembershipspro.com. Your coleague Jason recognized ths ‘property ‘flowRight’ of undefined’ from the error log.
