• Hi and please help! I began working on updating a clients existing website, and I was prompted to update 3 plugins. I selected them, and pressed “update” and the entire site crashed!

    I cant get into wordpress at all, when I try to use the email address it just gives me this: darlingmeat.co.za is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500.

    Please help me to speak to someone, thanks sooo much!

    You should have received error message on administrator email.
    Other way is to check PHP error.log on server for messages with “Fatal”
    near the end of that file (you can ask webhosting support for assistance to locate this file).

    Once you find error message, you can post it here, if you cannot figure out what to do with it.

    Solution will be to delete (or rename) affected plugin folder inside /wp-content/plugins/
