Site Crashed – Contact Form 7

I updated my website to WordPress 4.3.1 a few weeks ago and just noticed this error:

Any suggestions? I can’t get into wp-admin to find out what’s going on with Contact Form 7. I’m assuming I can do it through the FTP but am unsure as to where to look/what to replace without ruining my site. Any help is appreciated to point me in the right direction. Thanks!
