Site crashed due to server requests

I have been a happy customer of yours for several years no, but I just had one of my sites go down due to Cleantalk (full support transcript with Siteground available if required). They have since extended my CPU seconds usage for the rest of this month on this website, but I am naturally concerned that this could happen again, or continue to happen on this or other sites I have with you.
