site dashboard not loading

Hi,

as i am trying to login into the wp dash of my site typing (www.sitename.it/we-admin) the page is not loading at all.
It is for sure not an internet connection issue as everything else work.
Please consider I am a total beginner building my personal blog, with no coding experience.

What can i do in such a case?
