Site design broken despite already restore backups

    After trying setting this plugin my entire site front and backend is messsed up. Now if I try to restore all files and databases the site desing still messed up.

    I even tried restoring old backups, deactivate all plugins, uninstalled memcached and opcache, already restart apache and even restart the server. The site continues messed up despite I restoring all files and entire database.

    some idea???

    Hi,
    Sorry for the issue, de-activating the plugin should revert everything back, so no need to restore any backups.
    If you still see any problems on the front side, there must be a cache somewhere ( cache plugin, CDN, browser cache ) which still serves old data. Try to clear that.
    If that does not appear to make a fix, delete the plugin from your wp-content/plugins directory. Then remove any lines in your .htaccess file between:
    BEGIN WP Hide & Security Enhancer
    ..
    END WP Hide & Security Enhancer

    If using LiteSpeed you may have to re-start the service through your Host dashboard.
    If you run on Nginx server type, you must remove the rewrites and restart the service. In that case you must using the PRO version, so if can’t figure out support can fast guide you on how to fix.
