    Description: Hello Elementor Support,

I’m encountering a problem with my website. It loads perfectly when I am not signed in, but once I log in (either as an admin or any other user role), the site breaks and does not load as expected. The issue is consistent across multiple pages of the website.

    Expected Behavior:
When everything works as expected (when not logged in), the site should load in its full layout, including dynamic elements, sliders, and all content sections.

    Actual Behavior:
However, when I am logged in, the page loads improperly. Many elements are missing, and the structure of the page is incomplete.

I am sorry I forgot to mention that the site does load when I deactivate this plugin, which accompanied by the errors I see in the console when I check have led me to believe that the issue is related to the plugin.

    Hello depcr,

I was browsing the support forum this afternoon to report exactly the same behavior on my installation.

There are JS errors that prevent all the elements on all the web pages from loading properly, and this seems to be linked to some loading animations. I believe that if you disable the animations, the pages and their elements will load fine.

It’s a bug linked to Jeg Elementor Kit and probably to the latest versions of Elementor (Pro or not, I don’t know).

I hesitate to downgrade my installation, but we need a patch from Jeg Elementor Kit FAST!

I’ve got a site to put into production and it’s impossible to deliver it like this.

    Thanks.

    Hello @depcr & @cackto,

We apologize for the delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. We assume that this issue might be caused by the Element Caching feature in Elementor. Could you please try disabling this feature first and check if the issue persists?

    Hello Everyone,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and for any inconvenience you have experienced. The issue is caused by an update to the JavaScript registration mechanism in Elementor since version 3.24.0.

We have already updated the Jeg Elementor Kit to version 2.6.9, which includes a fix for this issue. We recommend updating the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin to resolve the problem.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You
