Site doesn't load in specific places

Can you post your website’s url here? Just to check if I can access it.

Did your friend saw any error when they can’t access your site? It might help to solve this matter quickly.

Can you tell me who is your hosting provider? It might also a problem in the server-side. So ask your hosting provider if they can help you troubleshoot this problem.

Hi Calvin, thanks for your support.

Sites are https://suonareaorecchio.com and https://pianogenius.it. They’re two different domain that I host on the same BlueHost account. So basically I have two worpress site in the same hosting account, but BlueHost team told me there was no problem about it.

Friends don’t see any particular error, Home page simply doesn’t load (message is ‘Impossible to load the page’ or something like that.)

Maybe it only occurs on your friend’s end.

I think it might have to do with your server. Both the sites load for me here in India but after a long delay. You might ask your hosting provider regarding the issue.
