Site doesn’t open

    Ok, this is very weird, but after deactivating every plugin and activating one by one, I found out that WP Optimize is preventing my website from opening – if I am logged in.

    As a user, the site loads ok. But after I login to admin area and open the front-end again, the site doesn’t open – gives a 500 error and I get a white page.

    Admin area loads ok, tough.

    And this only happens with one admin account. The other admin account is ok and doesn’t have any issue.

    Now I removed the plugin because this was really annoying and the site is an online store and needs to be working.

    Just wanted to let you know about this.

  • @msdesignfoto Can you please enable debugging mode, Please add following lines to wp-config.php just before where it says: /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    Then try to reload the page again.

    A debug.log file should be created inside wp-content folder,which should contain error information in it, Please share the file with us.

    Hello!

    Thank you so much for the reply; meanwhile I was sorting similar issues happening with other plugins and found it weird. So I went to cPanel and raised the memory limit. Now the issue is gone with WP Optimize and all other plugins.
