When I make changes in the customise section then click save and publish, when I then go to my site the changes haven’t been published. Why is this happening?

    Many thanks.

Do you have a caching plugin?

I have absolutely no idea! I’m guessing not as I’ve only just set the site up! I have noticed it is updating now, it just doesn’t seem to do it immediately, it seems to take 10 mins or so for the new version to be seen. Very strange!

I have the same problem, I have three sites hosted on WordPress and my themes seem to be set to default. When changing them (for instance a color, or the menu) it can be saved and the preview shows the change but opening the site again then nothing has been changed. I tried several times.

I have three sites wIth three different themes. All with the same WordPress (4.2.4), all with the same plug-ins. On one I am using Amadeus (mostly love it!) and on one the default Twenty Fifteen theme.

I am having the same problem on all three sites with changes NOT showing up immediately – one widget change took ten hours to appear on my site!

I have viewed them on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and have the same problem in each.

I have had at least one site for more than two years and never had this problem before. This may not be an Amadeus problem . . .

Well, turns out that I had a conflict with CloudFlare and my caching plugins: they were more or less negating one another.

So I deleted the caching plugin and all my problems went away.

If you have the two active on your sites, deactivate the caching plugin and see if that helps!
