Site down after address changed

Hi as a new to wordpress user I was trying to work out how to get the wordpress site we have created to be found under the main domain address kazoostud.com.au. I went to the general settings on the wordpress site and there was an option there to edit the directory and URL. It was kazoostud.com.au/wordpress/. I removed the wordpress from the end and now the wordpress site cant be found. Stupid of me. Kicking myself.

Help!! how do I get the site back up and found.
