Site down after installing

Hi
I had my site crashed after the install. Deleted htaccess file and got the main page up and running again.
Problem is that none of the other pages is loading. Error message:
Page not found
Our fox was not able to locate the requested page on our servers. The link you requested might be broken or the page may have been removed.Can you help?
