Site down after Plug in Install

  • Hey I recently downloaded your plug in and was testing it on our staging site where it worked fine, then when I installed it on the life site I got an 500 Error (later also on the staging site).
    When I called the hoster they told me that there was a change in the .htaccess file (most likely due to the plug in installation) so I only got the site up and running after changing out the .htaccess file and deleting the plug in, but I really like it’s functionality have you heard of similar issues?

    No, this plugin doesn’t modify .htaccess.

    But if you have 10,000+ customers/products — autocomplete can freeze website.
    We recently fixed this bug.
