  • If you could send me the error logs from your server on what causes the site to crash I could try and help you out! But I cant without access to them!

ok, well I don’t have access to the server, I was hired to quick-fix this problem. It’s an Internal Server Error.

Try to update to version 1.3.0 it will fix the problem!

For what it’s worth, I just updated to 1.3.0 on a site running WP 4.2.2 and a custom theme, and initially it broke the page — everything was fine right up until the Instagram slider widget instance, and then nothing more. I was about to go dig up the error logs, but tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin first, and lo and behold, it works fine now.

So you know. Turn it off and on and see if that helps. ??

I’m running Version 4.2.2 …and version 1.3.0 of this plugin and it always takes the site down (tried turning on/off but to no avail) once I’ve adding the jr code to a text box in the widgets section.

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

I have the exact same error. Once I activate the plugin. Site goes down and gives me the Internal Server Error warning.

I deactivate and it comes back to life.

Someone help! Or anyone else have other plugins that are just as good?

    Thanks!
