Site down and i cannot login

Hi, I keep getting this message when i try to go to my page or to login.

This site can’t be reached thetownhouse.be refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Not sure what is happening. This is quite sudden, since I was only just working on the site.
