Share the specific dates and times of each downtime so they can inspect their logs.

You can also use an uptime monitor service to log times when the site was unavailable. This can be useful to show to your web host’s support.

I already told the service provider and they told me that everything works well on the server and tell me this issue from my back-end. ,did you think this is right?

my log file don’t contain any errors and i checked every thing the corn jobs and plugins and my theme this lag drive my to crazy!

@xdividr thank you i’m using mxtoolbox.com service for monitoring my site and i notified my site down 4-5 times every day for 20-30 minutes every time

Add https://uptimerobot.com/ into your monitoring toolbox, it’s free and will report and log the specific error when the site is down.

Like what James has suggested, uptimerobot has helped me log all the downtime. If your host still can’t rectify the issues after you send them future logs, then I suggest you change the hosting company.

from 2 days i try to register with cloudflare service any my site now is working with cloudflare but still face down issue

today my site down for more than 10 times!

Uptime Robot checks every 5 minutes, so if they didn’t detect any downtime, the problem may actually be with the other monitor tool you’re using.
