SITE DOWN because of ELEMENTOR Plugin

    Site is down. Bluehost says it’s because of Elementor plugin. Had to disable plugin. Now all of site down, except header. Ger error:

    WordPress 5.9.3?

    Elementor Version 3.11.0

    Essential Addons for Elementor Version 5.5.4

    You should follow the standard troubleshooting steps:

    • Backup,
    • Theme and plugins update,
    • A temporary switch to Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor theme,
    • Plugins conflict test. Deactivate everything except Elementor. Confirm there are no issues. Activate other plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    If the errors are related to [premiumpress_elementor_template id=’1153′] templates, these are third-party plugin features, and you should contact their support for assistance.

    Hi, that was done prior to this post. Bluehost did the plugin test – that is how we discovered Elementor was the culprit.

    Please advise.

    Please try the following steps:

    • Temporarily switch theme to Hello Elementor,
    • Deactivate all plugins except Elementor,
    • Create a new page and test editing,
    • Edit already created page.
