Site down! help!

    I can’t access my site or the administration panel. This is the error I get when you click on the link.
    Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/trebel7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fast-category-cloud-wordpress-plugin/byrev_cat-cloud.php on line 37

    Anyone have this problem?
