site down – help!

My whole site is down with the message: “Add Link to Facebook requires at least WordPress 3.0” I have 4.1.2. What’s going on, and how can I fix it since I can’t even edit the site??? Thanks for any help. Oh, the site is dearchristiancounselor.com.
