Site down on mobile, live on desktop

  • I am running a WordPress 4.1 site on an Apache server.

    The theme I am using is Cosmos, a responsive theme.

    The problem is: The site is down (blank) on mobile but still live on desktop. This has happened before but it has spontaneously come back. Since 40% of our traffic is mobile, I need to fix it.
